Product description
Barium fluoride (BaF2) windows offer broad transmission from the deep ultraviolet into the far infrared, making them a versatile choice for spectrometers, detectors, and IR cameras.
YC Infrared Optics fabricates BaF2 windows to customer size and thickness, with optional broadband AR coatings. Soft fluoride crystals require controlled polishing and careful handling; our ultrasonic cleaning and clean packaging help preserve finished surfaces through shipment.
