Product description
Optical glass prisms steer, invert, and disperse beams in imaging and laser systems. Our standard portfolio includes right-angle prisms with optional protected aluminum, enhanced aluminum, or dielectric HR coatings on reflecting faces.
Common substrates are N-BK7 and fused silica. Angle tolerance, roof-edge quality, and surface figure are specified to match the application — from general instrument optics to tighter research builds. Custom dove, penta, and roof geometries are available from drawings.
Production uses classical and CNC polishing with angular metrology (including Nikon precision goniometers on high-spec lots) so angular error remains documented and repeatable.
